When I went to the UK I discovered Flexees! I think they are even better than Miraclesuit now.

Hey love,

Ive been wearing shape wear for years!!.. The ricki lee brand is good and its cheap and so is Nancy Ganz, although it can be expensive. Ive tried all types and still wear it occassionally.

I am loving the seamfree shaping underpants from Kmart. $15 for 2 pairs and they hold in my bits. They are nylon/elastane and they are MAGIC you don't even know you have controlling underwear on.

Ditto what Trisha said! Dr 90210 is amazing! I wear the ones that go from just under my boobs to just above my knees! His ad says they give you a Brazillian butt lift... lol I'm all about having kickin curves!!

I haven't put them on post op as yet though.... hmm maybe i should!?

The doc 90210 shape wear is good from Target. I have tried heaps and his is best... it is nice and strong and firm.

I was more thinking Dr Rey or Nancy Ganz not industrial wear but someone had said they recommend shapewear from the get go to teach you to suck in ya muscles but I wondered what type.

I can't live in heavy spanz the rest of my life.
