| Welcome Wally! I'd recommend trying other surgeons if the one you have seen doesn't want to "convert" you to a sleeve. Definitely the best option, though we are all biased haha! I have a few friends with bands and there seem to be ongoing complications, like *puking* ugh...

Goodluck when you meet with the surgeon about getting the sleeve done, I am only 3 weeks out, and even though I have had a few hiccups along the way I already know that this is the best decision I have made for myself. | |

| hi I was recommended to your site from a good friend of mine, and what i see is great. i was lapbanded back in may 2007 and currently waiting to see a surgeon about a sleeve not sure what he will say but fingers crossed, i am newly seperated have 4 sons, 2 daughterinlaws and a beautiful 6 week old grandaughter named Mya. Only one son lives at home now his name is Deano. Well look forward to catching up with you all on the board. | |
