Bio Oil is good too. Not only for scars but good for dehydrated skin.

I noticed my skin was unusually dry too, I got Hemp Body Butter from BodyShop. That stuff smells a little, BUT is brilliant.

hayley

my dr told me that if u lose weight too quick then the skin and hair dont like it.

but i noticed at about 5 weeks out my skin got really dry, i started to increase my fluid intake and it got better.

also i think the body is shedding its old skin and regenerating new skin (well it has to come off somehow lol) so think of it as ur shrinking.

just my theory lol

Ok, so I'm really naughty at remembering to take my multivitamins, I'll try harder I promise! I really don't feel any different with or without them!

But I have noticed I'm getting a bit of a 'washed-out' look in my face and my skin is getting a little crappy... any suggestions?? Thank god for make up!! My diet isn't helping I know, (or lack of) working on it...

Is there anything else that will work??

*Note to self: they don't call them daily vitamins to take them once a week! Crappy Skin 595690
