I can't stand tap water! I only have filtered / bottled water but nowadays I have to have cordial or something in it as I can't tolerate water on its own anymore, I can't drink it too cold either so usually room temperature :)

Room temp water is the best way to drink it. Your body can absorb it easier.

These days I can't drink ice cold water... I find that room temp water goes down heaps better.

I do not like tap water, even before surgery.
Filtered or bottled water for me and it MUST be ice cold.
