| Peacey - Get outta here! Really? I felt like I had to watch my mouth lest I lash the dampness from behind his ears. Wow. Well thanks. I don't feel like a granny anymore!! Thanks for the welcome Mammabear and I would be so chuffed to get to a meet-up. I'm not from Adelaide but would be happy to make the effort to get down for a natter...... XX | |

| Welcome cherryripe,
Another SA member, if you are interested we are trying to have another get together for april, just go to the sleevers catch up and look up adelaide, it would be great to see you in person.
This is a great support network, a great bunch of people to offer advice, support and answer any questions you may have.
Welcome to the sleeve world lol | |

| Hi girls. Thanks so much for making me feel included! I hope you enjoy my diary Kate - it's called Caroline Chucks The Chunk (for anyone else who might be interested). Good to "meet" you Ginka, and Ryjackmama and lin1970. My surgeon is Michael France and will be done at Ashford. He seems to be a top guy - young enough to be my son - almost (I'm 42). Cheers to all! | Hey Caroline! Welcome to GSS, you will love it and find it like your second home! I wanted to let you know that I received your pm and I will endeavour to respond tomorrow. I need to get to bed as I had a late night taking my son to the Hospital last night with heatstroke. Lucky I didn't consume any alcohol at A Day On The Green otherwise it would have proven difficult getting him to the Hospital. I don't do 3am bed times as well as I used to! hehehe Keep an eye out for my pm. Peacey xo | |

| Hi CherryRipe and welcome to the forum. A diary is a great way to keep track of your journey to a new healthier and happier you. A place to record your achievements and weight losses as well as a handy place to bitch and vent at the universe, I do in my diary anyways. Sometimes there's nothing better than just putting it all down in words. Good luck with everything and I am off to check out your diary.

| Hi All I've been hanging around and reading this great site for a few months now, but having just gotten my surgery dates I've decided to make it official. Everyone here seems to be so friendly and definitely supportive, so I'm glad to have found you! I'm going to begin a diary today....a bit unsure of how to go about it here, but I'll stumble along. I'll share my history, my ups and downs etc. Might be a bit dull but perhaps it will help me and maybe even someone else. Anyway, I'm glad to be here. Caroline R | |
