| I had trouble for the 1st week or so, until the muscle pain healed and I wasn't so paranoid about damaging something! But i was also dozing and resting alot during the day and that also interferes with your sleep cycles. I wouldn't worry too much just yet. Life gets easier:) | |

| I'm sure it will settle down soon ladies. DOn't forget the anaesthetic and everything else your bodies have been through throws you around for a while. Your posts have just reminded me that I was also having trouble sleeping for a little while after surgery but it did get better pretty quickly. I agree that taking a pain killer at night could be worth it for a few days even if you don't think you need it. Good luck. xxx | |

| Hmmm wonder what that says bout my OH lol,- he went out and bought me a surprise cushy, electric recliner - it's heaven, almost reclines flat. He remembered how much trouble i had sleeping after my band. I have to say, it made a huge difference, was real easy to sleep for a few hours at a time - kept me sane. | |

CareBear thats what is worrying me my husband is awake every time i wake up asking if i am ok,i would rather sleep in the other room to give hime peace to sleep,he won't have it.Maybe it will settle its not a week yet, fingers crossed | |

| The only way I could sleep soundly for the first week was in a recliner chair. If I was in bed I was conscious of pain and my inability to roll over. Was also keeping my OH awake. | |
