| I'm still on the puree stage and was trying to think of ways to get protein in, this is my Mum's recipe that she uses as a dip.
200 grams smoked salmon
200 mls creme fraiche
175 grams light philadelphia
Squeaze of lemon juice (use a little or a lot depending on your tastes
Ground black pepper (doesn't need salt)
Place the smoked salmon in a food processor and blend, then add all the other ingredients and blend. This makes around 2 cups with a protein of 60.8g. I have got 4 serves out of it with a protein of 15.2g per serving. It's also yummy. | |
