Upper body weights work is probably your best bet. Boxing would also be beneficial (if you could stand).

Hi guys... Just needing some help to get back on the right track... I have a torn ligament in my knee and want to get back into excercise but due to limitation of not being able to do anything...
Does anyone know of any excercise which requires me to NOT use my legs ..
