| I bought the book, knife, fork and band, by Sally Johnston. Although it's aimed at gastric bands there are some good recipes for the liquid/puree/mushie stages. I was actually recommended it on here. | |

| This is a great place to start.
Alternatively, in the search button, type 'Mushies recipes' for a comprehensive list of threads with LOTS of yumminess!

| There's a recipe section on the forum, have you checked it out. There might be something there that tickles the taste buds. | |

| Hi darlings,
Does anyone know of any books out there with recipes for liquids, mushies and slow introduction to solids for sleevers? My surgeon's rooms gave me their own little book with a few recipes in it but I'd love to get my teeth stuck into some good recipes coming up to my 8th day of post-op! Bring on something with a little more texture!!!
