Hi Mumof5 and welcome. There is a section here just for info about accessing your super. Have a read and I am sure it will answer your questions. Good luck with your appointment.

I worked up the courage to ring and make an appointment today.

But.. I am not 100% sure how the super thing works. My super is through REST.

Can someone explain it.. and how I go about it?
