I agree with the others ...you are doing great .
At least you recognize that you have had a slip now you can move forward..and Optifast is pretty challenging!
All I wanted at the end was REAL food.

Hang in there the best bit is about to come .. start of a new way of life!

Cheating it could be but put it down to I was so hungry and I just needed real food. I did that before my sleeve operation - but I made sure I didnt say anything to the surgeon.

Cheats on opti today and had some chicken and lettuce in a multigrain pita bread.... Argh! Have lost nearly 10 kilos in a week and a half. Whoopsie!
