Hello All,

I am back and up walking around now after my operation that did not work...

Besides my allergic reaction to the Anesitic the surgeon says I have to loose

30kgs before they can try again.This is due to the fact that I carry my weight around my stomache mostly.

Starting optifast again and am hopeing to try again by the end of febuary.
