LIke the idea ASWAN!! lol i am guessing variable positions that utilise the legs!
Thanks Pippa i am starting the swimming this weekend WOuld certainly love to add lots of massages to the mix :)

| I'm with Shorty - squats and lunges (urgh!) but don't forget swimming - breast stroke with frog legs, bike riding (great for the bum too) and lots of stretches. Don't forget to give your legs some tender loving care too with lots of massages and lotions. Good luck XOX Pippa | |

| Yoga is one of the best things I know to tone legs, that, or pilates. (Ballet stretches)
Try these Yoga poses:

HI i am Just putting this out there to those who may have the knowledge! I have very flabby inner thighs and dimply outer thighs. I would like some advice on the best sort of exercises to do to help tone and hopefully tighten this area! or if someone knows a good link to this sort of info please let me know!!! I am not expecting miracles but just some ideas to help.
