| I've been having Sashimi since 3 weeks - both tuna and salmon. Yum! My favorite food and so healthy. | |

| Not really a sashimi fan, but I think I could stomach it now, 8 weeks post-op, quite easily if I wanted to eat it. It's very soft, so I can't see why it'd be difficult. | |

| I started on smoked salmon slices and avocado on mushies... so week 3. I was avoiding the carbs then. | |

| I had some yesterday. So week 3?
I am finding it hard to eat meat, it sits far too heavy and difficult to eat.. but that was until I had sashimi, I could eat a little more and it sat well in my tummy with no complaints. | |

| I had sashimi 22 days post-surgery with no issues. (For my own peace of mind, I made sure I chewed REALLY well.) | |
