| Thanks Everyone
I am due for my 6 month blood tests...hmmmm...where on earth do i get them done over here! I'll get them done though. I've been slack with taking my multivitamins but I do get all the right nutrients. I will start taking them again....i just hate them!!!
As for my protein...this requires some work. I do find it tough to get in at the moment and the thought of eating protein makes me nauseous. I noticed yesterday that I had a fever...not too high just 38.4 so I am thinking its all related....bit sick...not enough protein and not taking multivitamins.
I took it easy at the gym yesterday and did some weights and some walking and today i did a spinning class at gym instead of running. i'm still tired...but not as shattered as yesterday. mind you its still only 11am here.
thanks all for your help. I'll try to keep munching on protein. :-) I'll let you know how I go :-)

| I'm 6 months out now but a few months ago, I was crazy exhausted. My gp took bloods and I was low in b12. I've been having monthly supplement injections and saw my dietician again. I wasn't eating nearly enough. I notice if I don't eat properly or enough for a few days, I get run down again. I have to try really hard to look after myself. I had to increase all my food intake, esp carbs and fat. I'm not as exhausted anymore, but a few busy days where I forget to eat or don't eat the right foods, I'm back there again... Good luck | |

| Hi CSDyay. Maybe give yourself a couple of days off a week from all the running. I remember years ago I went to the gym and got advice from the trainer and she said it's almost as important as exercising to give your body a break one or two days a week. Hope you feel better soon. | |

| Hi CSDyay
Okay, all the exercise and the moving would add to the tiredness.
But you need to check your diet, too - are you getting in enough protein? That's the biggy.
I'd also go to the GP and get your iron tested, as well as other vitamins and minerals - could be a deficiency.
Also, make sure you're drinking lots of water, especially with all that exercise.
Let us know how you go. | |

| Im basically at my 6 month anniversary and am feeling crazy tired. I have recently moved countries (now living in thailand) and have been exercising alot. I now run 5km per day and do at least 20 mins of weights. I have only recently been feeling so stuffed. Anyone got any suggestions or do you think its just the move and all the exercise catching up?
