janey thank you so much. you know, being fat, i've always looked at what was wrong with me, instead of seeing all the good things i had going on.
but since i'v been going to counseling and started going to church.
God has put joy in my heart and helped me to look at myself and life in a totally different way.

i'm thanking him every morning for his love, life, hope & faith. In Jesus name.

I've already said hi but I just had to say I looked at your picture again today and just had to tell you, you have the most beautiful smile. You may be overweight - aren't we all LOL - but you're a stunning lady and a lovely one - I can tell by your eyes.

Welcome and a big howdy to you Mydear. I do like your name, it's a great one, it just flows off the tongue. I also like your rationale for the ticker/signature thingy, with the car and hopefully you'll soon be walking instead of driving. That's cool. I just wanted you to know that the 15th Dec is my wedding anniversary so nothing bad will happen on that day. I've been married for 18yrs and it's been wonderful, so nothing could possibly go wrong on that day, ok! The time is going to fly, it's only 10days away, wow. Keep on reading through the posts they'll help to further excite you and to allay any nerves you've got. Big hugs

Try the following.

In your profile, click on preferences and make sure that Yes is ticked in the always alllow signature box and click yes in the allow BBCode box if you want to adder a ticker.

thanks for your replys. i've been trying to post a signature all day. but it won't show up. i've also noticed the i just have little boxes with X's in them in all the links on my sceen. maybe something is wrong at the site. :97655443:

lol... new life we must have typed our posts at the same time

you need to go to profiles thens signature and put what you want into it.....make sure you click save otherwise it wont work.
If you want a weight loss tracker like mine below.. that shows the weight you have lost....just click on mine and it will take you to the weight loss ticker factory. Make yours up copy the bit you need to at the end then go back to your signature and click paste in the signature box.
This is from memeoy...so i hope its right

Re the signature page, not sure if I can help, but go into profile, click signature, write what you want and just make sure you hit save once you finished otherwise it won't work.

This site is wonderful and has grown so much. When i joined in about april it had about 8 members only from australia and now look at it.

If you havent already add yourself to the calendar so we can see when your surgery day is.

Your right, it is scarey but reading through all the discussions on the forum and what other people have experienced has helped me feel a lot better. Its wonderful that you have your family and friends around you. Not all friends and family are supportive however the close friends and family I have confided in are pretty good. I'm counting down to 10 Dec. Christmas wil be interesting. I should be on pureed or maybe mashed by the 25th and we have a picnic in the park.
