| Hi guys, I am currently 10 days post-op, and have been getting really bad cramps in my right side if I get up too quickly or twist a bit too quickly. I've gotten cramps like this pre-op before, but not tuis kind of frequency - which is more than a couple times a day.
Has anyone else experienced this? I vaguely remember that getting cramps means you have too much salt in your diet, or not enough... Or something along those lines lol. | |
