| Well the kids and I were up bright and early for a 7.40am start at southbank. My son blitzed off and Lizzie and I started and kept an easy pace, alternating walking and jogging.
So glad I had this op. Never ever envisioned I'd ever volunteer to do this stuff, or that I'd actually enjoy it.
She struggled to keep up with me!!
Can recommend a fun run as a starting point for anyone. There are lots of family oriented ones out there ranging from 1km walks to full on marathons.
Gives you a goal and you are raising revenue for charity too.

| Seeing I live in a small country town, I doubt there would be one around here. I am guessing there is a website, might go check it out! | |

| Its the Mothers Day Fun Run for breast cancer research this weekend.
You dont have to run. Walking is fine.
You have to start somewhere and this could be it....can recommend as a starter for those of you with kids who want to get thin to be more active with them!!
Anyone else doing it?
