| Thanks everyone - must say I even bragged about it at work and put up a photo of me and my friend and our finishing times AND our boss mentioned it at morning tea time. Gonna send some photos to my parents too so they can brag on my behalf. lol | |

| Sorry people but I have to brag - I DID IT!!!!!!!! Finished my first duathlon in 1hr 16min 30secs and I couldn't be happier. 3.5km walk/run, 10km bike and 1.5km walk/run - even did some running in there! Everything went so well and all the training paid off. AND to top it off I have actually put a couple of pictures of my journey up for all to see. I am like a pig in mud I am so happy! Okay, bragging over now! Just shows you what we are capable of now we have our lives back and they don't revolve around food! | |
