| Great help Nimue (love the Pomeranian pic too - so cute!). I think stitches are caused by incorrect posture and not breathing properly when exercising. My advice (in addition to info from Nimue) would be to consult a sports physio who will show you correct postures and stretching advice. If you have private health cover, it costs only around $25 per visit, so is well worth it. All the best to you, Aquarius | |

| Hi every one! I'm wondering if any one has any suggestions to my problem. Every time I exercise or walk for a distance eg; shopping or going for my nightly walk, I end up with a painful stitch in my right side. It starts up as soon as I start out. I cant even vacuum with out getting a stitch.!! I push through it, but its annoying it doesn't stop till after ive stopped for a while. Any ideas?? Thank you x | |
