| Hiya Ladies, I'm sure my pain in the bum is from poor sitting posture. I like to slouch LOL. It's a great feeling to be able to feel the bones for a change. Have a great day everyone. Andrea | |

| Mine used to be bad, but now the skin has tightened a bit it isn't a problem. I think my problem was the loose skin getting folded under me IYKWIM.
Perhaps I still have enough padding. | |

| Mine is constantly painful....tear inducing in fact. My dr refuses to consider removing it he says that if I actually exercised and built the muscles up in my bum I would have the padding to prevent the connection of my tailbone on hard surfaces. It's terrible, and incredibly painful some days | |

| Yep I have had this too lately. Mostly when i "sacral sit" ...that is sit with a poor posture with my pelvis tilted backwards. I now understand what Lib was complaining about with her poor bum bones. | |

| Hey Andrea! Same here! I've only lost 21kg and have at least that to go. This thread is a real coincidence to me as only today I noticed that I was a bit uncomfortable sitting down and felt like I was literally sitting on the bones of my bum! Took me a few minutes to realise what the issue was - my bum is about half the size it was!!! YYAYYAYAAAAYYYY!!! I could sooo get used to this! B x | |

| Andrea, we will just have to get you one of those donut cushions! (snicker) Good for you, you must have lost some serious padding from all your aqua aerobics and hard work. | |
