Question about Apra letter

You'll need letters from your dr and your surgeon plus a quote from anaesthetist and hospital quote or letter from PHI.
it's a long process, my app was received by APRA on4th nov, they contacted me requiring more info on 24th nov which they received on 17th dec.
I should get a reply on 13th jan.
It takes forever so start gathering your bits n pieces now.
You can download forms off the net, then u need to send the letter from APRA to your super fund plus wateva ID or info they require.

Can someone tell me when you get your letter one do you get it from your GP or the doctor who is going to do the op and do they have to write what illness you have as to why the super needs to be released.
