| I have Horleys Sculpt, the bananna flavour, it is yummy!
You can get it at Health food stores, made on skim milk or juice, abut 180 cals and 30g protein. | |

| The one I take has about 25g protein per serve, so once a day is nearly always enough to bring my protein levels up to an acceptable level. Merry Christmas - Carrie | |

| Mmmm, that's my favourite too (thanks to Keridwyn for the recommendation). It's the only one I've actually LIKED, rather than just put up with :-) I make it up and take it with me to the gym.

| I love Balance's Tropical Fruit Punch. Sorta like a fruit drink with a vague milky taste (if made in water which is recommended). It can be brought in Aussie. I get the Summer protein or the WPI version which is 112 calories, 26g protein and 2g of carbs. | |
