Hi Jo It depends on your fund. I rang my fund when I sent my application to APRA. They had there own form that they posted to me to complete and I needed ID signed by JP. This was all done by the time I heard from APRA so sent my form and APRA letter to my super fund. They then posted the cheques.
Hope this helps - just phone your super fund and ask them the process for you. GOOD LUCK.....

i faxed my application last thursday to apra, hoping for the good news, what am i surposed to do if its approved??
