Hi to all, not sure where to start. I have looked at this op for a long time now as have battled the yo yo diet rollercoaster for some time. I have struggled through the optifast for the last couple of weeks and with kids and hubby (although he is supporting me whole heartedly) I'm finding this stage very much a struggle because I am still peckish. Anyway went to surgeon today and he has booked me in in 3 weeks time so decided to treat myself with real food today although be it all healthy and back on the opti tommorrow.
Im looking forward to being able to get back into shorts and see my feet hee hee. Just found this site googling about the op and decided it was a great place for knowledge and support. I have only told 2 people what I am having done (one being hubby of course) as I didnt need anybodies frowns or horror stories so its all very secretive using another reason for surgery. Anyway glad to meet new people looking forward to the support and watching that bmi ruler drop.
