| Thanks Glendora... it just doesn''t tell you on any of the web sites i've looked at.
I was hoping they removed it completely out of the body, could you imagine the affect on the body if they left it in there :S.. horrible thought.

| Hi They actually use laproscopic surgery to take out the two thirds of the stomach, so in other words they insert through one of four small holes in the stomach and then staple the stomach off and cut it at same time and suction it into one of those vacumn bag things and pull it out through the hole.
