| I have Books 1, 2 and 3 and I think I bought them about 5 years ago. There is some great recipes in them, and some definite favourites that I cook regularly. | |

| I totally agree, these books are fabulous. And for me, having 5 kids, they are perfect, the family LOVE the food, and i dont have to cook 2 seperate meals. I just got the 6th one, and its fabulous. Any newsagency sells them :) | |

| annette simms has written some great cookbooks aimed at people with diabetes,for weightloss etc there are about 6 books out now and can be brought at chemists.they are wonderful books. They list fat,protien content etc and all the info that diabetics need. | |
