Awe let her know I've done the exact same thing already too but with food and yeah it was OWIES, we all make mistakes, it's such a learning process trying to figure out the new signals and form new habits, big hugs to her, I'm glad the pain subsided and she feels better now :)

hi guys
thank you for your concern
the pain eased off at around 11.30pm - didn't get any worse so she didn't go to the hospital

she is fine now - but scared and determined to time all her drinking for the time being

thanks again
mel

Melpaulned, really anxious to know how she is doing hun, the poor thing!! It's definitely not a bad thing to be overly cautious and go to the hospital just in case. Big hugs to you both, hopefully the lie down was all she needed!

dr t said if she was in a lot of pain to go to hospital

the pain came on about 1 hour after gulping and has now subsided to a 3-4 out of 10 so she is going to have a shower and a lie down
