Seriously I remember what it felt like, oh I will have to eat that because I won't be able to after the surgery..............by the way after surgery you can eat anything you could before.
I think that I actually love food more now than I did before surgery What tha !!!
Take it easy on the food funerals and good luck with the opti fart stage.

| Yes yes... I had a bit of a food funeral last week!
Although didn't go overboard - didn't have time!!!
Tuesday I saw surgeon, and Sat I had to start Opti!
Got a few good meals in though..... Indian takeaway, some homemade pizza (YUM!) and a big steak dinner.... (over 3 nights I should add!!! LOL) | |

| I guess I am kind of having a food funeral. I am planning on cooking a heap of my fave masterchef recipes and celebrating the beginning of my new life this weekend. I am not mourning the loss of the food. Rather celebrating that food will no longer control me

| Well hubby just got home and said, we really should go out for a nice dinner (seafood platter for 2!! and Champagne!!) before the opti!
I just had hot chips for dinner, I never eat like that normally but with only 1 week to go I have given up!
Waht are your plans to farwell the food??

I just realsied that i have 1 week left of 'normal eating' 1 week-unbelievable!!

I saw Dr Armstrong this morning - and we've set a surgery date!!!
*hyperventilates*
3 AUGUST!!!
Just 3 weeks away... I have to get my butt into gear!
Ring gas guy and nutritionist, go for blood test.. argh, and camera down the throat... argh...
OMG.. I'm so excited!!!
Now I just have to organise leave from work...! eeep!!! | |
