welcome! i'm in on aug 10th - starting liquid diet tomorrow

9 days will fly by JT and then you'll be on the losers bench.
This time last week I was being knocked out on the theatre table.
You will love it!
I know I do.
Good luck with the next 9 days on your liquid diet.
And yes it is pretty brutal but so very important.

Well, Nine more days till My day!
Have been on the liquid diet ever since the 20th and i'm ready to just get in there now and get it done! This part is pretty brutal in my opinion....

Have a good read around the site, and pick our brains as often as you like, there are some wonderful members here with a wealth of knowledge and experience, and there is always sure to be at least one person who can offer the help you need.
