I have noticed that I am having trouble with dairy. After eating dairy, I experience some dizziness and waves of nausea. However, no vomiting. It is unfortunate because I like having yogurt or cottage cheese for breakfast. Is this fairly common? Ideas for coping with a dairy restricted diet?
