Ok, at the expense of sounding paranoid about my post op weight loss (or lack thereof)....After over 2 weeks of plateau yesterday I finally had a .6 loss, yah and oh the joy!!! but today a 1.4 gain. I mean its not april fools day is it?? someone laughing over my shoulder??
A typical day food wise for me is 1 pc of toast (no crust) no butter and poached egg breakfast. Lunch a salada, low fat cottage cheese and small pc of ham or say 6 stir fried prawns. Afternoon tea diet yoghurt and dinner protien and small veg, only occasional carbs. Getting at least 1 litre water and not much salt added to diet. Not a saint, on occasion had a handful of chips or a palmfull of nuts and couple glasses of wine on the weekend. Catch 22 but haven't had much motivation to exercise with the plateau going on so long.(bad head space)
Any ideas? pre menopausal but not ttm. If fluid what can I do/take? Worried that having the lap band horror for six years has really stuffed me up. Should I ring the surgeon? Anyone been through something similiar? Tx
