- It is simple it is liquids, for the first 1 - 7 days it is clear liquids. some surgeons make it clear liquids for only 2 or 3 days tho. What ever the time frame your surgeon picks on clears it then goes to nourising liquids for the remainder of the 2 weeks for just about all surgeons.
clear liquids are just that clear, clear broth, clear apple juice etc etc nourising liquids are anything that goes up a straw, but do try and get in healthy things such as optifast or if you prefer now tony ferguson or any other brand. fruit smoothies, soups blended up and made runny enough to go up a straw. after that time frame you start to thicken up SLOWELY to a stew type no lumps consitancy moving along to mushie type stuff that is blended then just mashed with a fork before normal food. applesauce Thankyou :)

Day 4-7? Day 8-11? Day 12-14? Thanks so much in advance for your help
