| HI Bessie I am from London ,15 weeks post op and have lost 34 kgs (roughly 73 lbs) I feel really well and can eat almost everything but just a little of it.I am so glad I had this op and my only regret is that I did'nt go for it sooner.Good luck and anything you wish to know please dont hesitate to ask. | Hello and welcome Bessie2 Is there something in particular that you are struggling with? The first few weeks were really hard for me. Getting the head used to only eating a few teaspoons was the hardest thing to deal with. Ask as many questions as you need. | |

Read as many of the diaries as you can. Ask as many questions as you want. We are all here to help. There is also the post op section that has alot of commonly asked questions answered. | |
