At 57 my biggest concern is wrinkles. Vain I know! Currently walk 20 mins morning and evening, attend personal trainer sessions twice each week, have T2DM, attend WW and seem stuck at 85 kg. Nothing seems to move unless I cut my meals to 2 a day, moderate success but too hard to maintain. Considering the sleeve and wonder if there are others at this same stage? If you have travelled this path, please advise on your experiences and outcomes. Thanks in advance.
