MLC anybody with experience with this fund?

Hi,

The decision to release your super does not come from your super fund, the Department of Human Services are the ones who assess your application and will instruct your super fund to release the funds (by way of an approval letter to you, that you then lodge with your super fund along with your super funds early release of super form).

Did you ever find out?? Currently researching about accessing super to fund the GS, and am with MLC also.....

Hello all,
Just a quick question about MLC and if anybody has been able to get super early release with them?
I am  needing to access my hubbys super to pay for the whole costs of surgery, spoke to our financial advisor and he seems to think its a definite no...but then he also thinks all super funds would be the same..  
Feeling quite low about the thought of waiting a whole year for this...I need it now.
