Hi everyone. I'm Liz, I'm in Australind and on the opti diet for last 4 weeks. 2nd appt with Dr Werapitya tomorrow. I'm wondering if anyone can add me to the SW FB group so I can talk to others who've been in my shoes and get some advice etc?
