One Week Down!!

I had my appointment with my dietician this afternoon and feel at ease a bit more.  I still think I will struggle on the shakes but I know it will only be for two weeks!  I start them next Saturday :)
You're getting close to your date - you must be excited.

Wow - you have done so well to lose over 3kg on Opti so far - I bet your surgeon will be delighted come surgery day.

What has your opti diet consisted of if you don't mind me asking? I think the pre-op diet scares me more than the surgery! Lol

 Hi fellow sleevers my name is Kaz and I am being sleeved next Monday 18th July in Sydney by Dr Garrett Smith. I have been one week of two on the pre-op diet and have managed quite well because of all the great advice I have been gathering from others on pre and post sleeve, so thank you all!

I'm a little anxious but very very excited to start my new life without all the health and fitness issues I have now. 55 years young and feel like 95 to bring it on!
