2 + years after sleeve - food getting stuck still

No i forgot all the important rules and tips.....so thankyou so much am going to try this :)

Sorry to hear that you are having problems.
Stupid questions I know:
but are you remembering "20/20/20"? (Chewing your food twenty times on each side before swallowing, putting your utensils down between mouthfuls, waiting twenty seconds before reloading your cutlery?)

I had a lap band and eventually converted to a sleeve August 2013. When i eat my food gets stuck in my esophagus etc sometimes its bad enough i vomit it back up - but mostly just extremely painful and uncomfortable for ages. Ive had numerous tests and its all inconclusive :( anyone else had this experience? What did you do about it?
