Howdy!!
I am excited to dabble in a bit of forum reading and interaction, leading up to my initial consult which is March 18 with Mr Adam Skidmore. Also looking forward to having this forum as a support tool for myself and to be able to offer encouragement and assistance to others. I am still in the "research" stages of the Gastric Sleeve, however I have been considering it for over a year maybe two, now. Only recently I was recommended my specialist from a friend who is my absolute inspiration. Watching her changes in such a short time has helped give me that push into the deep end, that leap of faith. Now it's just finding support and knowing who to tell, who not to; what to do, what not to do; and just going with it. I am 173cm tall and weigh 154.5kg. I have lost 4.6kg in the last month with a meal replacement program and 1-3 gym visits/wk.
