Yes, I have top cover with no excess. I had no problems at all. My only slight complication was with Medicare with multiple procedures on one day because I had a hiatal hernia repair as well and it changed the item number.
I was charged more for the hiatus hernia than the sleeve and I received a much smaller rebate from Medicare (and hence, my health fund) for my sleeve than I was lead to believe. The surgeon mumbled something about my hernia was larger than he expected but really he was just a greedy tosser. I've spoken to a number of his other patients and they are of the same opinion...it's not just me!
So I've been with CUA for 30 odd years and I've been very happy with them.....not one complaint.
