Having the same thoughts, im getting sleeved on the 26th as well. Doesnt really seem real yet but at the same time I have butterflies that wont go away! Not sure if its nerves or the optifast doing that

Hi all
I am so glad that I found this support forum. I am due for surgery on the 26th of Nov - tomorrow week. Currently doing the pre surgery diet (Optifast) - which i have to admit that I am struggling with. NOTHING makes that stuff taste good. It's nasty.
I keep thinking - why am I going to do this to myself!? Last minute nerves I guess.
