I'm a bit inpatient too, but it was the best I could do to fit around my work. I was offered a date for the following week and also November but my receptionists aid no way (she rules!)
Bit lucky I was told I didn't need to do the Optifast thing, but might do it anyway to get used the liquid diet postop.
