OMG talk about food addiction.  I read this thread as 'Sugary date'...mmm, candy, lol.

ANYWAY...Sorry for barging in here Tracey with some meaningless dribble, heehee.  Best of luck over the next few weeks with opti.  It's a wild ride but it's so worth it.

Good luck Tracey, the shakes weeks go really quick, I can't believe I am saying that. I didn't find them too bad actually. Just stick to what you are told and you will be fine.

Have to say I am feeling a little emotional at present.  My emotions range from excited to nervous to positive. 
Surgery date is 15 October 2014.  I really feel the last month has gone pretty quick.  Since starting my journey my pre op weight loss has been doing okay.  These next 3 1/2weeks I am on full pre surgery Shakes etc.  Not really looking forward to this but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Thank you to all who have been posting on the site.  I have found lots of valuable info along the way.
