My GP letter was rejected by super so called the surgeons office & the in house GP wrote one . Goodluck my application was lodged 3.5 weeks ago still no approval :(

Thanks Brooke30 I will call them tomorrow. My GP was pretty adamant about not ticking the box :)

Ask your surgeon receptionist if anyone onsite can within his practice - I'm sure your surgeons office will help. Goodluck
