I've suffered leg cramps pretty much all my adult life especially after working out or strenuous leg activity. Get some magnesium powder, forget the pills, the powder will work within 15mins. | |

| I'm getting really bad cramps during the night to the point where they wake me up several times. I've done some reading and so far magnesium, calcium, salt and potassium has been advised  . Has anyone else got cramps after being sleeved? If so what did you do to correct them, I need my sleep. | |
