Just up there.. see all those buttons? Home, Calendar etc.. see the one called profile? You need to get into that bit.
So once you're in there, you'll see more links just under all the buttons, Information, Preferences etc. Click on the link that says Avatar.
You'll have a few options to choose from there, all pretty self explanatory. Upload a pic from your computer, paste the link of a pic you may want to use which is already online, or choose one which is already preloaded.
Once you've got the pic you want in there, just remember to hit save, and you should be all set!
