I just thought i put it out there for comments, at 4.5 months this is what i had yesterday:
B - 1/2 cup of just right
MS - Mainland lite cheese and biscuits
L - 1/2 a sandwich with ham, egg, advocado
AS - 2 butternut biscuits, i know not the best!!
D - 1/2 a baked chicken thigh, 1/4 cup caesar salad, left a couple of mouthfuls
S - 4 macadamias, 4 pretzels
Gee looks like a lot when you write it down, must be doing something right down 32kgs.....
Is this okay???
