This is a great support site. Make sure you ask a lot of questions as the more you know the better you will cope with your decision. Usually You can find something by using the search box at the top of the page if not just start your own thread. I am sure the boys on here will be glad to have another to even out the numbers lol

I have an appointment with Dr Ulvi Bidak on Wednesday. My Gp thinks the years of constant yoyo weight gains has to stop.
I have been googling and watching utube vids like a madman!
