| I have an Insight at home. Got it from Workout World a few years ago, so of course, it's still in pristine condition! Big, heavy thing it is, takes up to 150 kg. I've been thinking of bringing it in from the garage.. might get Hubby to do that tomorrow and give it a go. | |

| Great work Llyr... All the gym treadmills and equipment are precor but I think that is a top of the range. We own a bowflex treadmill and it is good. We did have it repaired when it was just out of warranty (turns out I wasn't lubricating it in the right place so my fault) and they still fixed it free of charge (so out of warranty and my fault) which is basically unheard of these days. We got the bowflex from Rebel. | |

| Sorry I don't but OMG!!!! I just Googled what the C25K was and I just can't imagine being able to do such a thing. I like going on the treadmill at the gym but can only walk, not run - I salute you! Keep us up to date :) | |

| Hey can anyone here suggest a brand/model of treadmill I want one that can go the distance with walking and when I eventually start running. I also want to program it as I am going to start the c25K on the treadmill. Thanks, Llyr | |
